It still allow in the UK to wear anything - no illegal, maybe depend on country, I was wear tights and denim mini skirt that seem to be allow in public Ive wearing many time as cops passing me without stop or ask anything

In the US it's illegal to be dressed indecently, but not illegal to crossdress. Also, where would you draw the line? Some people might claim that all the boys wearing girls skinny jeans are crossdressing.

epilators have been suggested. I've just bought a Braun and done my first epilate session. So far so good, but still a long way from hair free legs (which are essential for any tights wearing!!!)

With winter on the way I shall be cutting down on heating bills by wearing opaque tights with a wool kilt.

Ordered some tights from Emilio Cavallini, they're great! Good stretch, warm, opaque. Good replacement for my regular sock-wearing.

Men should wear tights for any reason also protect from blood flow that quite important, I do wear all time, love it. I wear with skirt that nornmal clothes

Yesterday and today's outing venture with my mum

Yesterday and today I decided to take mum out. She needs time out of the house, she doesn't drive.

She wanted to do some shopping yesterday and pay some bills today.

We were at our huge mall yesterday for about 6 hrs, then stopped for dinner, and then out and about to 7 stores today for a total of about 4½ hours.

Yesterday I wore a royal blue Polo shirt, royal blue Dolphin shorts- (Hooter Girls wear these - I get them a bit larger as I like the tight ones on the Hooter Girl's, not on me), Futuro compression tights in beige, and my fiancée's black clogs- these look unisex in style but have a 3" heel, but are very comfortable to wear.

Today I wore a grey t-shirt, royal blue Dolphin shorts, Wolford Fatal 15's in caramel and my fiancée's black clogs.

Nothing yesterday except shopping at the grocery story. These two young girls I would say about early 20's were heading my way. The one looked at my legs, looked back up to me and smiled, so I smiled back. But the other just look at my legs and looked back up to me and just gave this look. I heard her say to her friend as we passed, " that is so gross " Her friend said " why....... " Thats all I heard as I was heading around the end of the isle corner.

I don't mind what she said, it doesn't bother me. I am too happy with what I am wearing. Even if everyone was like that one young girl. I wouldn't stop wearing. I enjoy the feeling to much to give them up. If my fiancée told me to stop wearing pantyhose thats a different situation. But thankfully, she likes me wearing them. :)

Dinner we stopped at nice place. It was about 90% full. No looks or comments at all, not even from the waitress.

Today nothing at all.

Good to see you around again, Wolfords! And thanks for posting your experiences.

That first 20+ year old was not acting her age - such a comment might be expected from a teenager, but by their twenties people should be capable of a more mature reaction. Like that of her friend, if the friend was indeed saying "Why do you think that is so gross?"

You are right, of course. We should not take too much notice of ill informed comments from strangers, but we should take into account the views of those who are close to us. But then those who are truly close to us would not making such a demand if there was the mutual respect that there should be.

Hello Geraden, as soon as I seen the look on her face, I knew she was going to say something. I almost thought aboung going the other way to see what they were going to say to each other in the conversation. But I didn't bother. Im happy wearing tights and thats all that matters.

  • I enjoy wearing tights with shorts to much to hide it. I figure if more people see men in tights, the more it might be accepted. If not, I will still keep wearing.

  • As always, nice to talk to you and to drop a line here.
