The tights look like Under Armour or something similar. Still, great to
see him wearing them at such a public event. I think that it is a smooth
transition from wearing something like that to work out, to wearing
something similar for casual clothing.

Tights but footless. Another name is "leggings". Funny, but what makes
them "stand out" is shorts. Remove the shorts and there will be no
"second-look" ;-)
