Washing line
Ok - something different today. A good day for drying tights and things - temperatures in the 80s at last! So I washed my tights and all the things I probably won't be wearing until it gets cooler again. Till then, it will be Charnos Light Fantastic for me! (They sometimes don't last long enough to be washed.)
The picture shows my washing line. Here is what is on it (from left to right) ...
- M&S: silky soft 50 den knee highs, 2 pairs, black and dark brown
- Starlite: Joey white cotton lycra tank top leotard
- Levee: WoMan Dynamic Life tights, kaschmir
- M&S: Soft and sheer tights, illusion
- Activskin: A1760 stw tights, beige
- Levante: Brillante 60 den Opaque tights, cipria
- M&S: 3D Ultra Sheer tights, illusion
- Comfilon: M610 tights, beige
black tights – see below- Starlite: Lola black long sleeved nylon lycra leotard with zip back
- Starlite: Lulu black sleeveless nylon lycra leotard with zip back
- Starlite: Joey white nylon lycra tank top leotard
The leotards were from spashdancewear.com, but they have unfortunately stopped doing the Starlite ones. You can still get them here however.

Clue – They are fully seamed shiny opaques and it's at least 10 years since you could buy them. Notice the sewn-on waistband and back panel between the seams. I can't promise any prizes, but you will get your name on site!

Stumbled across your blog today and wanted to just say that I too have been
wearing tights and pantyhose for well over 20 years. The last 10 very
consistantly.
I prefer Legg's for durability and Wolfords/Victoria Secrets
for sheen and sheerness.
Opaques tights mostly in the winter for skiing but always the sheer type of
pantyhose on everday occasions.
