Geraden managed to translate the first sentence of the Gerbe for men video clip, but when those ladies got speaking it was all too fast! However an anonymous contributor has stepped in and supplied the following transcript.

| 57 | Anik | Well, the idea came from the market itself, from the men side of the market… We’ve known about it since the start of our internet site, around the end of 2005, |

We started to have requests from the men that visited the site. These requests became more and more numerous. Of course we noticed these requests. |

| Anik | This is the other style, something more for dressy (city-like, business) in two offers: this one is matt, lycra 20 deniers, and the other style is stretchy sheer. | |

| 2:25 | Anik | Yes that’s right. Men were hoping to have something esthetically perfect since they are more and more careful with their appearance and their well being. |

| 2:48 | Anik | Yes of course worn under pants, but also under Bermuda shorts even a skirt because it doesn’t matter anymore, a skirt |

| Anne-Marie | (holding sample) Yes of course we had to differentiate the styles…. as Anik said before: At first we thought this is not for us (Gerbe)… we make premium hosiery, premium ladies’ hosiery… but then… well… why not…There was such strong demand from these men. | |

| Anne-Marie | We were not ready for that at all ….and finally we did it thanks to our overly talented (female) workers… It has to be said that it takes fine little hands to work in haute couture, well we have them… and so… we eventually shaped this product to the male anatomy. | |
| 3:52 | Of course the knitted belt is higher and much wider than for ladies hosiery, it also has a vertical two-flap opening and our models can show you how it works if they so wish | |

These products are really there to fulfill a market need that is more and more asked for... Men call us… We created this product and brought it to the Salon de la Lingerie show not so long ago. |
