Geraden's list of Forums

Forums are not like blogs. D'uh! They are much more interactive, a kind of half way house between a blog and a chat room. I have not published a list of forums before, but now it is about time. My favourite Forum on tights-excite.com is now closed, hopefully only temporarily, so now I feel I can publish some alternatives without being disloyal.

My introduction to hosiery on the 'net was through forums. The first Forum I found when I got on the 'net was Wyanne's forum on Delphi, 'Ladies and Gents who love Legwear'. This forum is now closed, but from a link on it I found one of the best Hosiery Forums: the one on Delphi, called Legwear as Unisex Fashion, or LAUF for short.

I have separated out my list of forums into two: those that are wholly or mainly about hosiery, and those that are about wider aspects of fashion, but with sections or threads devoted to hosiery.

I have excluded sites which appear to be mainly fetish sites, and sites which in my experience have shown unfriendliness towards members.
